Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers on Account Opening Matters including enquiries and follow-up on incompleteness of forms.
- Educated customers on Trading and Settlement Related issues including follow up outstanding payments, short selling and SGX /CPF Board appeals.
- Asset Creation and Maintenance of tradable stocks in Backend system.
- Maintenance of Customers Accounts including FATCA, CRS, KYC and trading eligibility.
- Execution of new Products and Services including web features launch.
- Investigate Trade and Settlement and Web features dispute and representing in FIDReC matters.
- Preferably Degree Holder.
- Proficient in Microsoft office e.g., Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
- Work independently and meticulous.
- Trading and Settlement knowledge.
- Assisting on Account opening enquiries.
- Assisting on Settlement Issue.
