• Strong academic background, minimum degree with specialization in real estate investment analysis / economics / financial analysis
• Minimum 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in real estate investment / financial analysis sector

- Strong English and Japanese communication skills (both written and verbal) as this role need to communicate with both local Japanese community in -Japan and rest of APAC team
