Business FunctionDBS\xe2\x80\x99 Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client\xe2\x80\x99s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.You will be part of a team that that delivers outstanding service and provides crucial operational support to support partners and the Front Office teams in PB/ TPC.ResponsibilitiesService Management Performance

  • To achieve service standards as set out for Wealth Private Partners Services Team to develop and improve client satisfaction and retention through Process Improvement efforts
  • To ensure that all requests and required reporting are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements
  • Attend all relevant training and briefings.
Client Care
  • Ensuring that results of client satisfaction scores are in adherence with the set standards.
  • To generate ideas and feedback that can redefine processes and analytics
Service Improvement Programme and Teamwork
  • To participate in Service & Process Improvement initiatives and other team-related activities
  • Work collaboratively with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s enablement and support partners to ensure that the processes are completed satisfactorily
  • Strong understanding on the bank\xe2\x80\x99s systems, guidelines, processes and tools to be able to be able to accurately and confidently advise and assist FO and internal departments
Support and alignment to Bank Strategic Focus and Vision
  • Understand the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s key strategic focus and demonstrate support and fulfilment towards these visions
  • Receptive to changes and innovations and able to think out of the box to generate ideas and contribute to positive re-definition of end to end experiences for clients and internal stake holders alike.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related experience in client services and/or operations in banking
  • Meticulous, highly organised and effective prioritisation in ensuring proper tracking and follow ups
  • Passionate about working with Business stakeholders on work improvement ideas and opportunities for process streamlining
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Keep abreast with Regulatory changes/controls impacting Wealth Clients
