Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Specialist to lead SharePoint Cloud migration initiatives and support ongoing BAU operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in SharePoint migrations with strong .NET/SPFx development skills to deliver robust solutions while understanding their business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Migration Leadership
Plan and execute SharePoint Online migrations using ShareGate Ensure seamless data transfer with minimal business disruption Modernize legacy SharePoint implementations
Development & Automation
Develop solutions using .NET Core and SPFx (ReactJS) Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation Implement best practices for SharePoint framework development
Operational Support
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues Quickly adapt to and support BAU operations Document solutions and creating knowledge base articles
Stakeholder Management
Assess and communicate potential business impacts of technical decisions Collaborate with business units to understand requirements Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders
Technical Requirements
Core Skills:
3+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online experience Proven Sharegate Migration Experience
Strong development skills in:
.NET Core SPFx (ReactJS) PowerShell scripting
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft 365/SharePoint certifications * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
