Job Purpose
As a Channel Registration & Maintenance Officer (Processing), you will be instrumental in empowering our customers to effectively use DBS's e-banking services. Your core responsibility will be the precise and timely setup and ongoing maintenance of customer profiles, ensuring data integrity and adherence to stringent security standards and critical cut-off times. You will be a guardian of customer data accuracy, directly impacting their seamless digital banking experience
