What You'II Do:

Safeguard the Group's strategic and commercial interests in its core regulated electricity businesses and ensure compliance of business units across the Group with relevant regulations

Engage with government agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver the capital investments and returns for our core regulated electricity businesses in Singapore

Perform market research on regulatory policies and analyse regulatory developments in local and overseas markets

Perform commercial review and returns analysis, prepare financial models and management papers or presentations to Management and Board

Support revenue and tariff scenario analysis, commercial review, and risk analysis

Participate in special projects and other initiatives led by the department

Monitor and ensure timely completion of project deliverables

Prepare regular update reports on Regulatory Management activities

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university

Preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in a utility or infrastructure industry, with some background in commercial/financial analysis and economic regulation, would be advantageous

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong sense of business and commercial acumen with good initiative as a self-starter

Excellent communication and business writing skills

Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, some familiarity with programming tools, SQL and Power BI would be advantageous
