Job Description

Job Scope:
To support the design and development of client's dashboards -- an enterprise-level initiative that aims to strengthen leadership situational awareness and decision-making through integrated data visualisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Dashboard Development Support
- Assist in the design, prototyping, and iterative development of dashboard visualisations
- Use client's enterprise dashboarding platforms under guidance
- Maintain version control of dashboards and documentation of design iterations
2) Data Preparation & Management
- Source, clean, and transform data from multiple systems and formats for dashboard integration
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency
- Maintain structured documentation of data sources, dashboard logic, and user guides
3) Cross-Team Collaboration
- Support integration of business requirements and attend team check-ins and working sessions, taking notes and following up on key action items
- Prepare slide materials or walkthroughs as needed for stakeholder briefings
Requirements: * Expected years of experience: 3-5 years

• Education Qualifications: A background in quantitative disciplines (e.g. statistics, data science, engineering or related fields) is an advantage.

• Technical competencies:

• Data Visualisation & Dashboarding

Familiarity with enterprise dashboarding platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
Ability to design and prototype user-centric dashboard layouts
Understanding of visual storytelling and best practices in information design
Basic skills in writing user guides or support materials

• Data Preparation & Management

Data cleaning, transformation, and wrangling (using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python/R)
Working with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources
Basic understanding of data quality principles (accuracy, completeness, consistency)

• Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement

Ability to translate business requirements into dashboard features
Comfortable engaging with business users to refine and validate needs

Contract Period: 11 months
Salary: $15/hour
