ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION As an Analyst Team Lead, you will be a part of the Global Sellside Operations team, which supports the world's leading publishers and helps drive accelerated business growt ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION As an Analyst Team Lead, you will be a part of the Global Sellside Operations team, which supports the world's leading publishers and helps drive accelerated business growth for them through our publisher business generation and platform solutions. You will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of our APAC analysts, Singapore based Data Analysts and vendors through our Managed Service Partner. You will be a key member of a growing global team dedicated to Google's publisher partner success. Qualifications JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a regional team that is a center of excellence for all operational related sales activities, in support of account management across large partner solutions and part of online partnerships group Manage relationships with Vendor Partner responsible for service delivery. Engage and inspire our service provider teams to ensure vendors are creating customer experiences Oversee projects with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency in our processes and tools Identify operational efficiencies (e.g., manage utilization, eliminate non-productive activities, cross-operations synergies, reduce sub-scale operations via service consolidation, automation, deprecation) Foster belonging, well-being, and career growth for the team MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 6 years of experience with account management, ad operations, or project management Experience leading working groups or teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in complex, highly matrixed, cross-functional environments across countries and cultures Experience in project management, customer service, process quality, and process optimization Understanding of the online advertising, key platforms, and trends Understanding of the range of Google Partnership products, and the ability to coach team members to implement and optimize them Ability to set operational and quality goals, measure and report outcomes, track and scale successes, root-cause problems in design/execution, and ensure business impact Excellent problem solving skills
