JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*Strategy Execution & Transformation Support
Track and report on technology transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
Prepare dashboards, management reports, and progress updates for leadership and governance forums.
Drive consistency and alignment across workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones and key dependencies are managed.
*Communications & Presentation Development
Prepare high-quality presentation materials, briefing packs, and narratives for the CIO and Technology Leadership Team.
Draft clear, structured content for internal communication channels, including sector updates, leadership messages, and townhall materials.
Ensure communications are tailored to the audience and aligned with the sector's tone and messaging.
*Technology Management Support
Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings, workshops, and planning forums.
Support sector initiatives related to budgeting, vendor engagement, workforce planning, and governance.
Document and follow through on action items, decisions, and cross-functional alignment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
5 - 7 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, or technology management roles.
Experience in a financial institution or technology division is an advantage.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; able to create clear, visually compelling presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
High learning agility, adaptability, and curiosity to understand business-technology dynamics.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to manage up, collaborate effectively, and work independently when needed.
