Key Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to Asset Management team
Liaise with external asset managers to monitor and enhance the performance of investments, and monitor the submission of regular performance reports
Responsible for portfolio reporting
Prepare asset management proposals
Provide support in Transaction Management, which includes supporting the due diligence exercise of investments while liaising with internal teams and third-party advisors
Provide analytical and market research support for new investment initiatives
Prepare investment level business plans; including hold-sell analysis for investments using excel and/or Argus
Assist the Asset Managers with ESG initiatives across the portfolio

Key Requirements

Strong academic background, minimum degree with specialization in real estate investment analysis / economics / financial analysis
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in real estate investment / financial analysis sector
Strong English and Japanese communication skills (both written and verbal) as this role need to communicate with both local Japanese community in Japan and rest of APAC team
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
Positive attitude with an open mind to learn and adapt to changing needs of organization
