Job Description


We are working with an established APAC real estate investor to hire an analyst/senior analyst to join the portfolio management team. The real estate portfolio includes high-performing real estate assets across key markets, delivering exceptional returns for thier investors. As part of their growth strategy, the firm is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join the Portfolio Management and Reporting team.Position Summary:
The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the portfolio management team by analyzing performance, preparing reports, and ensuring data integrity for our APAC-focused real estate investment portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, real estate fundamentals, and reporting processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Analysis & Monitoring
  • Track and analyze the performance of real estate assets and portfolios, including income, valuations, and market trends.
  • Identify key drivers of portfolio performance and risks, providing actionable insights to the portfolio management team.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  • Portfolio Reporting
  • Prepare high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting, consolidating data from various sources.
  • Work closely with regional teams to standardize and improve reporting processes.
  • Data Management & Compliance
  • Maintain and enhance portfolio management systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Support audit processes and respond to investor queries as needed.
  • Market Research & Strategic Support
  • Conduct research on real estate markets, macroeconomic factors, and competitive landscapes across the APAC region.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and strategic plans for portfolio optimization and growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or CFA/CAIA designation is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment management, portfolio management, or a related role, preferably with an APAC focus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, Argus) is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proven ability to handle large datasets.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in creating investor reports or board presentations is a plus.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic team environment.
  • Adaptability: Familiarity with APAC real estate markets and cultural nuances is preferred.
