Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our APAC Treasury team in Singapore for a 1 year contract role. This role will support treasury operations across the Asia-Pacific region, ensure efficient cash management, maintain banking relationships, and perform treasury processes while maintaining compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.



Key Responsibilities



Cash Management & Banking

Execute daily cash positioning and forecasting for APAC entities



Coordinate with banks for set-up of cash concentration structures and funding requirements



Support foreign exchange transactions and hedging activities



Maintain banking relationships and assist with account setup and documentation



Treasury Operations

Prepare and coordinate with various regional stakeholders for timely updates of bank account administration, maintenance of bank signers and electronic banking platforms



Process ad-hoc treasury payments



Support month-end and quarter-end treasury processes



Assist in preparation of cash flow forecasts and treasury dashboards



Support implementation of Treasury projects as required



Assist in writing Standard Operating Procedures ("SOP") for Treasury processes



Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with local banking regulations and corporate treasury policies



Support KYC/AML requirements and banking compliance documentation



Assist with internal and external audit requests



Support treasury risk management initiatives



Process Improvement & Analysis

Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements



Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested



Support special Treasury projects in APAC



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field



Fresh graduates or up to 5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or finance department.



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems



Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP systems a plus



Knowledge of SWIFT, banking platforms, and payment systems a plus



Meticulous, excellent attention to detail and accuracy



Strong written and verbal communication skills in English



Experience working in a multinational corporate environment



Knowledge of APAC banking regulations and practice



Familiarity with real estate industry financial operations



Additional Asian language skills advantageous
