Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities

• Perform investigations on any reconciliation break and work with the Line Operations to rectify the imbalance transactions
• Perform GLAO reconciliation and KRI reporting.
• Ensure all reconciliations are done daily and rectification of the imbalance made timely
• Facilitate communication within workplace in order for the team to function correctly and promote collaboration within team members and the Line operations
• Support all management reporting. e.g. MTK, KRI, productivity metric, GLAO and any adhoc survey/reporting
• Manage adhoc project assigned by Team Manager, UAT, system enhancement etc
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff
• To highlight any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager/ Supervisor.
• Support the Team Manager/Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the team /department
• Assist team Manager / supervisor by providing ideas/initiatives in improving the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial institutions and reconciliation process, and with Secured Loans knowledge
• Good organizational skills and meticulous with eyes for details
• Sound knowledge of consumer banking products/services and respective end-to-end operation workflows for best in class services delivery
• Good understanding of operational risks.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Word and Excel
