Are you a creative problem-solver who thrives on combining engineering precision with compelling storytelling? We're seeking an innovative Animation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You'll be a key player in translating our automation technology and 3D visualization into engaging client experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to bring our innovative solutions to life.
Tasks and Qualifications:
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Develop 3D animations and visualizations of warehouse automation solutions, including conveyors, ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems), AGVs/AMRs, robotics, and sortation systems.
  • Work closely with solutions design engineers and sales teams to translate technical layouts and CAD drawings into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
  • Create simulation-based animations to demonstrate system flow, throughput, and operational sequences.
  • Support customer presentations, proposals, and trade show materials with high-quality motion graphics.
  • Ensure animations are technically accurate, aligned with engineering data, and visually impactful.
  • Collaborate with marketing to adapt animations for promotional and branding purposes.
  • Maintain and update a library of reusable 3D assets for standard equipment and modules.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Media, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in 3D animation and visualization (e.g., Sketchup, Maya, Blender, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of CAD integration (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or Inventor).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics, rendering, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED:
  • Prior experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or logistics visualization.
  • Understanding of warehouse workflows and material handling processes.
  • Experience with simulation tools (e.g., Demo3D, Emulate3D, FlexSim, or AnyLogic).
  • Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
