What the Graduate Programme will look like
As a Commercial Risk Solutions Graduate, you will embark on a two-year structured development journey packed with exposure and growth. You will be immersed in real client advisory and broking work, collaborating closely with seasoned Aon professionals who want you to succeed. You will partner with Aon solutions teams from across industries and underwriters - solving complex problems, helping clients make big decisions better. You will join the frontline of risk solutions during a time of unprecedented global change. Economic shifts, technology acceleration, evolving demographics, and emerging threats like cyber risks and climate volatility mean organizations face new challenges every day. Our Commercial Risk Solutions team works with clients across Singapore to provide high quality risk management advisory and risk transfer solutions - helping them navigate uncertainty and thrive in a fast-moving world.
You will be provided with opportunities to learn and grow to undertake the following responsibilities:
Client advisory and servicing

• Build and nurture relationships with clients
• Discover client's business and organizational needs in holistic manner, including identification and assessment of risks for clients across diverse industries.
• Participate in client consulting discussions and support the development of risk management strategies, risk transfer insurance programs, and recommended tailored approaches
• Design, strategize, place/renew and manage insurance programs across more than 60 general insurance solutions
• Review risk and insurance program performance, perform claims data analysis and offer risk improvement recommendations where possible.
• Help interpret contracts and clarify insurance obligations to empower clients' decisions.
• Database management and analysis, so as to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing clients' risk portfolio and optimizing risk transfer insurance program
• Assist in preparing impactful reports, presentations, and proposal

Delivery of multinational risk services - collaborate with overseas Aon Offices globally to service local operations of global clients, such as

• Gain global experience as you work with Aon offices worldwide, supporting multinational businesses.
• Help design and manage global insurance programs built for local compliance
• Lead overseas Aon Offices to provide coordinated and seamless service for clients.
• Champion client's global risk management philosophies across borders
• Master high quality global account management via GAMS (Global Account Management System)

Broking, Market Management and Claims

• Design, structure, negotiate and place a wide range of insurance program solutions, including regional and global program
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance underwriters, loss adjusters, technical experts
• Work with Aon Claims team to ensure efficient claims processing and navigate complex claims that involve loss investigations, claims quantification, and negotiation with insurance companies.
• Stay sharp on latest market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks affecting our clients and the insurance landscape

Delivering Aon United (DAU)

• Propose solutions across risk, insurance and other solution spaces that Aon offers
• Collaborate closely various Aon business units, specialties and regional resources to deliver appropriate Aon United solutions for clients in a holistic manner
• Keep up to date on Aon IQ and wide range of cutting-edge solutions across all Aon business units
• Stay plugged into Aon's latest intelligence, technology tools, and value propositions

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Fresh graduates who are able to commence full-time employment in July 2026.
Great at thinking critically, solving problems, and using data to guide decisions.
A collaborative team player, comfortable building relationships and working with diverse groups.
Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
