As a Talent Solutions Graduate, you will join our dynamic team supporting organisations in maximising the potential of their people. You will gain hands-on experience across rewards advisory and data analytics, talent assessments, and people advisory. Supported by experienced mentors, you'll contribute to delivering client-focused solutions and best-in-class services in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Assist in delivery of talent and people solutions for clients.
Analyse data, identifying trends, emerging risks and opportunities
Prepare client deliverables, including reports, proposals, presentations, and assessment tools.
Be involved in client meetings and workshops to gain exposure to consulting best practices and client relationship management.
Support client management and contribute to project and consultancy delivery to clients.
Collaborate and maintain effective and productive working relationships Aon teams and colleagues
Keep abreast of current market developments, market changes and emerging risks
Effectively participate in on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme

Fresh graduates who are able to commence full-time employment in July 2026.
