Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Health Solutions - Retail
Client Acquisition
This opportunity prepares university interns for an exciting and rewarding career in broking sales. The role focuses on building broking knowledge and developing core sales skills through first hand on-the-job training. This is an entry-level position suitable for interns looking to explore an opportunity in broking sales. Whilst no previous experience is required, we are looking for team members who are self-motivated, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and are willing to go above and beyond in this goal-oriented position. If successful in the role, interns will have the opportunity to interview for a role in the broader Aon Health Solutions Division.

  • This role reports into the Head of Client Acquisition,
  • Provide support in management sales reporting, internal & external client meetings, client networking events etc, including conducting research to identify suitable companies for the Health Sales Team to prospect.
  • Identify the right people to speak to within the organization to create interest in cross-selling Health Solutions, delivering Aon United.
  • Assist the Health Client Acquisition Team in the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective corporate clients.
  • Opportunity to learn on-the-job the complete suite of Aon Health Solutions capabilities, including other Solutions Lines from Human & Risk Capital.
  • Work on ad hoc projects for various departments within the organization as directed by the Head of Client Acquisition.
Data Analytics
The purpose of the Data Analytics team in Health Solutions is to leverage upon the use of data with our proprietary analytical capabilities to deliver value to our clients. We want to provide data-driven insights to ensure that our clients remain better informed, are better advised, and empowered to make better decisions.
  • Provide support to develop and deliver analytics solutions based on medical claims and other health & wellness data to key clients
  • Help to integrate data analytics into all key business processes and client deliverables via ad hoc projects
  • Assist the Head of Analytics to champion the use of analytics within Health Solutions
  • Deliver Aon United by fostering close working relationships and collaboration with Aon colleagues across the firm
Consulting
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Health Solution Consulting team. This internship offers hands-on experience in health & benefits broking and consulting, providing a broad overview of the employee benefits landscape while allowing you to develop expertise in key areas. Through 12 weeks, you will build critical thinking skills and gain exposure to industry experts across various aspects of the employee benefits ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
  • Report to the Head of Consulting, Health Solutions.
  • Support efforts in expanding the Health Solutions knowledge base - through market research, client surveys, benefits benchmarking and trend analysis - to help the team deliver more effective, client-focused solutions.
  • Assist in the ongoing improvement of data quality and integrity within our benchmarking dataset.
  • Prepare clear, professional reports and presentation materials for client engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Health Solutions team and other solution lines to support the Deliver Aon United philosophy.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Health Solutions - Regional
Global Benefits Management
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Global Benefits Management team.
This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and insights into regional operations. You will have a chance to participate in analytical tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced workplace. Working alongside our teams, the intern will help support a range of benefits projects and operational activities.
Analytical Support:
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for ongoing benefits review projects.
  • Create reports, presentations, and dashboards to share insights.
  • Assist with data analysis and market research on industry trends, best practices and competitors' strategies.
  • Gather and synthesize data for strategic recommendations.
  • Support team collaboration and participate in initiatives for operational efficiency.
  • Validate data inputs and clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
Operational Analysis:
  • Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate project success.

Join our dynamic Wellbeing Solutions team, dedicated to enhancing the overall health and wellbeing of employees across the APAC region. We advise clients on creating and implementing innovative programs that promote physical, emotional, social, financial, and work-life wellbeing.
  • Assist in the development and execution of wellbeing programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of the employees of specific clients.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in employee wellbeing.
  • Support the planning and coordination of client wellbeing events and activities.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate wellbeing initiatives within Aon offerings
