What the Internship Programme will look like
Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.
Our internship provides comprehensive training and the opportunity to secure a place on our graduate programme or a regular hire, subject to your performance and business need. A large proportion of our candidates go on to enjoy a career with us.

This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.
Legal
The Aon Asia Regional Legal Department is dedicated to servicing the needs of Aon's businesses in the Asia region. The role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to be directly involved in the delivery of effective legal support within a market-leading, multi-jurisdictional commercial environment, across different business lines.
The successful candidate will be supporting members of the Aon Asia Regional Legal team with:

• Contract review, drafting, and negotiation

• Reviewing, advising on and managing contentious and transactional matters

• Legal research

• Identifying legal risks and creating practical legal risk-mitigation solutions across a range of matters / strategic projects

• Customising Aon standard-form documentation to suit different business / transaction purposes and ad-hoc administrative work as necessary
