Job Description
:THE COMPANYOur Client is a global Data Centre Company headquartered in the US (P&L size of $10 Billion). They are now looking for an AP Accountant to join their team in Singapore, reporting to AP Team Lead.THE ROLEThe AP Accountant will be responsible for:
- Cash management including managing accounts payable and employee expenses claims.
- Working alongside other finance team members to process the group\'s invoices.
- Responsible for handling vendor payment enquiries
- Managing the payment process in the client\'s Singapore and Hong Kong bank accounts
- Timely preparation of bank reconciliations
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, preferably in a data centre/construction/real estate industry
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Experience in Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
