The Company
Our client, a US firm within the Financial Services industry, has a need for an AP Analyst to assist them on a 12-month basis. The role has high potential to be converted to a permanent employee.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be handling the full spectrum of AP function, and this includes tracking and processing of invoices, handling travel and expenses claims, assisting in preparation of monthly tax filings, ensuring the process is in compliance with the internal controls. Other responsibilities include managing the AR process to ensure receivables are cleared.

Your Profile
You should have a degree in accounting, bring along with you 3-5 years of experience in AP and AR functions. You should have an analytical mindset, and prior experience in Concur and NetSuite will be advantageous.
