Job Summary:

• Company background: French MNC Freight Forwarding Company
• Working Hours: 5 days, (Mon - Fri; Flexi hours 8am/8.30am/9am)
• Working Location: West Singapore
• Salary Range: up to $ 4,600 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle full aspect of Account Payable including journals
• Assist in variance analysis of expenses during monthly closing
• Verify and process vendor invoices, credit notes, and manage exceptions
• Resolve AP issues with Operation, Supplier and Share Services
• Resolve long overdue invoice not paid and not processed in AP aging
• Follow up damage invoice status, review and update the status in Bank Recon for AP portion and prepare aging report, AP/AR netting
• Proficient with SAP
• Provide guidance to team and other departments on AP invoice and payment processing
