Job Description
A Senior AP Accountant position is now available at a multinational luxury company.
\xe3\x80\x90\xe3\x80\x91
\xe3\x83\xbbManage and execute AP activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
\xe3\x83\xbbProvide timely and accurate financial reports to the AP manager.
\xe3\x83\xbbManage key stakeholders and internal customers, including FDs, FP&A teams, purchasing function, internal control teams, vendors, and auditors.
\xe3\x83\xbbProcess vendor invoices, inter-company invoices, and T&E claims in compliance with company policies.
\xe3\x83\xbbExecute payment runs and ensure timely adherence to control policies and procedures.
\xe3\x83\xbbHandle vendor inquiries and disputes effectively.
\xe3\x83\xbbConduct regular account reviews and ensure smooth monthly closing.
\xe3\x80\x90Requirements\xe3\x80\x91
- Japanese is a must to communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Prefer candidates with relevant Finance and Accounting experience in complex, multicultural environments.
- Prior experience managing multiple team members is required.
- Strong AP experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and present in team meetings, resolve conflicts.
- Working experience in FMCG, Luxury Brand industry is advantageous.
Salary: SGD5,000-6,000+Bonus
AL: 16days
MC:14 days
