Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Manager in the APAC Account Solutions team, you are responsible for the end-to-end product management, driving commercialisation and development objectives whilst maintaining a sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory landscape and risk framework in across the Physical and Virtual Account Solutions suite incl. Demand Deposit Account, Client Money and other specialty accounts as well as Virtual Solutions suite.Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day priorities in relation to the products by working closely with functional, technology and operational partners and by providing expert support to front and middle office.
  • Identify product gaps, prioritize enhancement requirements and develop business cases to support investment requests.
  • Work closely with functional partners through Product Service Change Management/New Business Initiative Assessment processes to ensure new product functionalities are delivered as per specified business requirements.
  • Provide direct support Sales, Service and Clients during and post implementation as required
  • Ensure comprehensive on-boarding and servicing procedures are in place and up to date.
  • Support new business growth by ensuring Account Solutions products are positioned properly, and well understood across the organization globally as well as creation and delivery of training to Partners on product mechanics, positioning and selling guidelines for Account Solutions products.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all relevant global and local regulations as it relates to Accounts Solutions and resulting impacts on the product offering and client use cases
  • Contribute to setting product and pricing strategy for Account Solutions, ensuring alignment with the global strategies, together with Regional and Local priorities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelors\' degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
  • 12 or more years in Transactional Banking, Cash or Liquidity Management.
  • Proven product, operational or client service experience in Payments and Transaction Banking.
  • Understanding and appreciation of the Liquidity regulatory and control environment, and particularly of the APAC landscape.
  • Track record of strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and especially of execution credentials.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong financial, analytical and strategic skills.
  • Experience in reviewing legal documentation and price negotiation required.
  • Organizational, administration and project management competencies.
  • Collaborative attitude, with proven ability to work across global matrices.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills,
  • Product Management expertise in liquidity products/solutions, across multiple geographies preferred.
  • Product management knowledge across Virtual Account offerings are an advantage.
