About The Team:

Uber Advertising\'s vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect Uber\'s platform users (eaters, riders, and earners) with advertisers. Our platform brings together location based and shopping data with closed loop attribution across its mobility and delivery channels for performance and brand campaigns, enabling advertisers to engage with our consumers through the entire marketing funnel - from awareness through purchase to loyalty and advocacy for Uber users.

About The Role:

In this role as APAC AdOps Campaign Success and Performance Manager, you will work across our Uber Advertising business in APAC to guarantee campaign performance and advertiser success. Primarily, you will be the main point of contact of Uber Advertising\'s Revenue Operations team in APAC. You will work with regional partners to propel the business forward, by leading a team focused on reaching advertisers\' goals. You and your team will achieve this, by controlling all performance indicators for both display and performance campaigns, suggesting optimizations and activating the best audiences for each ad surface, whether its in-app ads, cartop ads or other. As the main representative of Uber\'s Advertising Revenue Operations in the region, you will work alongside business and advertising leaders to understand needs and priorities, shape the regional team\'s strategy and ensure our goals are aligned with the overarching business.

Your Impact in Role:

  • Partner with local and regional Advertising and Business managers to support growth while at the same time, directly leading and developing the AdOps Campaign Success and Performance team delivering detailed direct and programmatic ad execution across media properties.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Audience Strategy, New Surfaces, Product and Engineering to ensure smooth campaign delivery and to optimize campaign variables mid-flight. Compile insights post campaign to drive campaign renewals.
  • Work with Sales partners to ensure advertisers\' objectives are met through your team\'s effective campaign management and optimization strategies.
  • Work with Product & Engineering to identify changes to internal Ad systems / tools that reduce the occurrence & impact of bottlenecks affecting delivery scalability, and improve the efficiency & quality of ad campaigns and operational teams.
The Experience You\'ll Bring:
  • You will bring a business administration or operational management background, having acted as a people manager at the national or regional level, preferably in the advertising industry in the publisher side.
  • Your experiences should include high proficiency in data modeling, showcasing your analytical skills. SQL knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Mar Tech/Ad tech platforms and hands on experience in one of the DMP tools such as Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce Audience Studio while also showcasing deep understanding of publisher monetization technologies for display, video, and audio - including GAM, header bidding, programmatic operations, affiliate marketing, and Digital Media
  • Have a core operational understanding of critical campaign components such as brand safety guidelines, ad viewability, and filtering for suspicious and/or fraudulent media activity
