Requirements:


Minimum 3-5 years experience in International Sales. Experience in the Marine Industry. Bachelor's Degree (Preferrably in Maritime Engineering, Sales, etc.). Proven communication skills and have a good command of the English language (verbal and written). Proven track record of establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers. Independent worker who can plan and organise their own work. Ambitious with a strong sense of success and have a commercial mindset. Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities. IT literate with proficiency in MS Office products and CRM systems.



Responsibilities:


Researching and pursuing new markets, clients or partnerships. Generate leads and convert them into customers. Develop strategies for market entry and expansion. Negotiate deals and close new business. Drive profitable sales growth on new customers with sales team and sales agents. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts. Set and reach ambitious sales growth targets together with the sales team and sales agents. Secure full compliance with Maritec Naias' sales governance for their own portfolio. Ensure accurate and updated information is provided in their own accounts on Salesforce. Contract management, make sure that accounts adhere to all terms, including credit. Implement and follow up on campaigns/offers. Collaborate closely with the Credit team, monitoring account receivables and taking improving actions whenever needed. Responsible for ensuring all client accounts have approval limits in place in accprdance with the Credit Policy and DLA. * Responsible for credit collections and credit risk management related to client portfolio.
