Be the HQ Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for selected countries, offering expert guidance on products and workflows.
Drive Market Strategy: Localize global marketing strategies and support local campaigns with insights and execution.
Fuel Business Growth: Identify opportunities and challenges in Sales & Services, including competitor activity.
Enhance Collaboration: Support rollout of projects and improve coordination between HQ, sales teams, and customers.
Customer Insight & Support: Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, resolve issues, and unlock growth.
Voice of the Market: Represent country perspectives in global strategy discussions and contribute to product development.
Campaign Performance: Track marketing and sales campaign results, including lead generation and conversion.
Pricing Strategy: Implement and secure pricing for products in assigned markets.
Education Partnerships: Collaborate with academic institutions to support product roadmap and customer engagement.
Lead Global Projects: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure clear communication.
What You Bring
Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or Medical Technology (Bachelor's or Master's)
Sales experience at country level; marketing background is a plus
Strong expertise in ophthalmology and/or digital solution selling
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel internationally
