APAC Business Performance Operations Lead is responsible for forecasting, revenue performance, cadence, insights, and execution of planning activities for Asia Pacific Geography. You will be reporting to the APAC GTM Operations leader and working closely with Business Performance Ops in the areas within APAC and closely collaborating with the worldwide teams.

Job Requirements

  • Lead Forecasting, Rev Performance, Business Cadence and Insights to support decision making and strategic planning in Asia Pacific Geo
  • Execution of Planning Activities for the Geo
  • Deliver analysis on risk & opportunity
  • Partner with worldwide teams for Core Metrics and Dashboards Adoption
  • Improve sales productivity - Increase time spent engaging with customers: Onboard and enable the field efficiently on solutions and plays that drive successful customer interactions and decrease field time from first day to first dollar
  • Performance Management - Support Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, sales performance analysis, Win Loss Reports
  • Streamline experience - Build and maintain a seamless, end-to-end journey from onboarding to adoption for sales
  • Support field teams in creating a great customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Develop best-in-class systems, processes, & information that meet field and business needs
  • Willingness to work across time zones Key Skills & Qualification
Education

Ideal candidate would have:

-a minimum of 7 years of working experience in the technology sector within Sales Operations, revenue operations or similar functions.

-Must have experience in at least two of these areas: Operating model development, Process improvement and design, Business analytics and insights, Chief of staff/Business cadence/ Candence management. Focus is on candidates with a speciality/ focus on analytics, insights and business reporting.

-familiar with Tools: \xe2\x80\xa2 High degree of proficiency in Microsoft business tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced Excel Reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytics and BI tools (Tableau)
