Job Description

Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join the highly regarded global Talent Acquisition function. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this individual will be responsible for managing campus / graduate hiring end-to-end as part of a high performing and collaborative team. It is a fast paced, high-performance business, with a focus on high touch and quality deliverables, partnering with senior stakeholders across front, middle and back office including technology, in a client facing role.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to develop and execute campus recruiting strategies
Build relationships with universities
Design and manage targeted marketing and branding campaigns across social media and other platforms
Plan and coordinate campus events such as presentations, workshops, networking sessions
Support candidates throughout interview, offer and onboarding, delivering high quality candidate experience throughout

Essential: You will be an experienced Campus / Graduate Recruiter with a track record managing campus recruitment within another international Financial Services environment.
