About Our Client:

The Opportunity:

• Develop and deliver a compelling, integrated education program:

• Design and curate engaging content (e.g., presentations, guides, events, videos) tailored to the needs of APAC agencies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source speakers, manage logistics, and ensure seamless program execution.
• Champion program excellence:

• Track progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively manage timelines.
• Ensure team is equipped with necessary resources and information.
• Uphold operational governance standards for marketing, legal, communications, and other areas.
• Build strong relationships and foster collaboration:

• Partner with local agency sales teams, global programs teams, and investment teams.
• Connect with platform agency holding companies and client groups across the region.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the broader marketing and communications team.

Your Background

• 5+ years of experiencein advertising, marketing, L&D, media, or consulting.
• Solid understandingof the digital advertising industry and go-to-market planning.
• Proven abilityto simplify complex information and tailor it to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional project management skillsand a track record of delivering results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills(written and verbal).
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Passion for the platformand a desire to empower agencies and partners.

Bonus points for:

• Experience working in multi-country, cross-functional teams.
• Expertise with email marketing platforms, survey tools, and design software.
• Experience measuring the impact of marketing programs.
