3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

The Impact You\xe2\x80\x99ll Make in this Role

• Lead a team of approx. 50 logistic professionals across APAC plus several internal DC\xe2\x80\x99s
• Lead the DC network consisting of approx. 25 EDCs, RDCs, LDCs and Supply Chain Warehouses
• Define and implement the APAC Distribution Center Strategy
• Design the organization that allows to meet the overall targets
• Lead the transportation for APAC including inbound and outbound freight
• Establish a Safe Sustainable Operations \xe2\x80\x93 Safe places to work with reduced Hazards and Risks, drive for sustainability
• Understand the customs regulatory requirement for healthcare product importation and exportation, and ability to put in place a compliant workflow to manage the freight movement.

• Improve Customer Experience - End to End execution and End customer delivery
• Deliver continuous productivity improvements - Meet OP commitments, Efficiency acceleration
• Position Employee\xe2\x80\x99s for success - Positive work environment & Engaged employee\xe2\x80\x99s
• Act as the point of contact for Supply Chain and the business for operation, tactical and strategic discussion
• Workplace Safety \xe2\x80\x93 Lead by example and instill a safe work environment across distribution operations and warehouses

Your Skills and Expertise

• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a virtual international team that is split over multiple countries and regions and others.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience across the Logistics processes and organization
• Demonstrated ability to develop and strengthen organizations, build teams, bring our customer needs to life and effectively motivate and energize organizationally.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Significant experience in logistics, manufacturing and continuous improvement environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master\'s degree in Supply Chain from an accredited institution

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require time in the office and travel to the other DCs across APAC region)
