:Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Asia Pacific (APAC) Digital & Platform Services Change team to partner with the Business to manage strategic and digital changes for the APAC Markets Operations organization.As a Change Project Manager, you will drive key change initiatives end to end across the project life cycles while designing and defining solutions for APAC Markets Operations This will include working with business/operations teams to understand the pain points, process deep dives and driving product requirements. In this role, your main focus will be projects for Japan Operations team within the Markets Operations. You will also work on developing solutions using digital tools such as Alteryx and UiPath and managing project from generating solution to development.Job responsibilities

  • Deliver project independently by having an end-to-end view of critical path to achieve the milestones and deliver within cost/timelines
  • Provide business analysis -understand business processes/pain points in detail and challenge status quo actively
  • Manage Key Stakeholder Relationships such as Operations users and managers across multiple teams and Technology teams to drive agenda
  • Utilize multiple digital tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, DocuSign to deploy solutions to the organization to help solve operational problems
  • Manage project documentations and tracking throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate for a wide variety of audiences internally and externally (clients and vendors) and active stakeholder management and from project status reporting to escalation of risk and issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma holder
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant working experiences in project management
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Japanese (min. JLPT N2 and above) to review regulations and communication in Japanese to support Japan business
  • Demonstrate ability to structure complex problems, independently source for solutions
  • Excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
  • Good interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship building and influencing skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Coding experience in one of the tools are preferred: UiPath, Alteryx, Python, or PEGA
