The APAC GM & ALMT IT TP Engineering group runs Trade Processing and Regulatory Projects for Global Market and ALMT business and operations. The candidate will be responsible to manage IT delivery on APAC Regulatory projects. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities . Partner with senior business sponsors, compliance, and legal to develop on regional deliver roadmap of Regulatory initiatives. . Coordinate, collaborate, and work with various front-office sponsors, trading desk heads, Compliance, Legal, Regulator teams and technical and vendor teams to execute the APAC delivery roadmap. . Ability to conceptualize and formulate a project and plan related activities to structure the project roadmap including governance, financials and status updates. . Coordinate and manage regular steering committee meetings with senior stakeholders, document outcomes and next steps to integrate with the overall project plan. . Coordinate and manage the different streams with their respective accountable stakeholders. . Independently identify risk/issues and creatively work with different stream leads to drive solutions for mitigation of risk. . Encourage and organize ad-hoc sessions with participants, and work through issues . Work with the project stakeholders, PM and BA's to provide input on schedules, provide organizational governance and propose implementation best practices . Assist in the detailed technical design, leveraging knowledge of Capital Markets activities and trade processes. Contributing Responsibilities . Contribute to standardization, upgrade, consolidation of technologies/solutions . Perform analysis and recommend solution to meet the business requirements . Be cognizant of multiple facets relating to IT Security, production support, enterprise architecture roadmap whilst engaging with stakeholders on solution design. . Coordinator and if required own regional or transversal challenges. Technical & Behavioral Competencies . 5+ years of work experience, preferably in management consulting within the financial services industry . Strong understanding of Capital Market deal flow from pricing to booking, risk management and back office, especially on FICC instruments - FX, Deposits, Rates, Options, derivatives and others. . Good to have product and processing workflow knowledge of Corporate Banking i.e. Trade Finance and Cash Management . Experience with integration of technical projects at a global level preferred . Ability to manage multiple project across various topics . Vendor Management skills . Change Management skills . Demonstrated ability to lead a team . Experience working with internal and external technical teams/vendors . Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills . Ability to manage conflicting requests and set expectations to both senior management and individual contributors . Strong communication and interpersonal skills in front-office setting . Some international travel may be required Qualifications and Experience . Bachelor's degree in business administration or other management field preferred Specific Qualifications (if required) . Knowledge of APAC banking regulatory environment a plus . Problem solving attitude . Experience in banking environment and good understanding on banking IT ecosystems . Minimum knowledge of APAC reporting ecosystem . Good Communication skills in English and ability to conduct meetings and presentation in client, business and management facing situations . Strong analytical skills with ability to clearly specify topics, understand their priority and criticality and accordingly escalate
