Job Description
Our client is a UK headquartered Professional Services firm with a global presence and an established network throughout the Americas, Europe, MEA and APAC. As a market leader in their field with ambitious growth plans, APAC is a key market therefore this is a critical hire as part of the organisations\xe2\x80\x99 continued expansion. As Regional HR Director, you will lead a geographically dispersed team supporting a consultant population active in countries including SEA, India, Hong Kong and Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- Business partnering with the leadership team with support from in-country HR
- Leading a HR team based across locations, developing and upskilling the team
- Reviewing, improving and implementing HR policies and processes
- Providing hands-on, consultative advice and guidance to stakeholders
- Tailoring global HR initiatives on a local level
- Project work related to new business units and locations
