Job Description
Frazer Jones are pleased to be supporting a UK headquartered, global specialist professional services firm in the hiring of their first HR Manager for the region. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will manage Human Resources activities end to end for a small headcount across South East Asia, North Asia and ANZ.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire HR Operations lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Talent Acquisition from job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring, primarily of consultants
- Support staff with Employee Relations concerns and provide guidance on HR related queries
- Employee engagement activities
- Support line managers with talent development and talent review
- Sole point of contact for all layers of employees in the region from Associates to Partners
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- 5-10 years experience in Human Resources
- Hands on recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience of managing all elements of the HR lifecycle
