Overview
My client is an industry leading MNC in the FMCG space. They are currently on the lookout to hire an APAC, Indirect Procurement Manager. This position will lead a small team of procurement professionals (2 headcounts) and report to the Head of Department based in Singapore.
At this position you will be required to manage and influences stakeholders across different departments to design and implement a strategic procurement process to drive cost savings. Naturally, being in the FMCG sector, this candidate will require proven experience managing spend for Marketing category among other indirect spends such as Travel, HR, IT, MROs.
- Full-time, permanent role
- Office located in West-Singapore (Work from home arrangement 2-days per week)
- Available only to candidates based in Singapore
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Indirect Procurement
- Experience managing spend to regional (APAC/SEA) Marketing projects within the B2C/FMCG sector
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Experience with Contract and Supplier Management is essential
- Presentation and stakeholder management skills
- $11k to $12k basic per month + AWS + Performance Bonus
