Responsibilities
1. Business Planning & Alignment: Lead annual and quarterly planning processes, setting clear goals, priorities, and budgets in alignment with regional and global business objectives.
2. Performance Measurement & Insights: Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and ROI analyses to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
3. Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the operations partner to sales, product, finance, and global marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on key initiatives.
4. Process & Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement of marketing workflows, resource allocation, and agency management to maximize team productivity and scalability.
5. Strategic Initiatives: Lead special projects such as new client acquisition programs, go-to-market playbooks, and event measurement systems that enable business growth.
6. Market & Intelligence: Provide structured research and analysis to guide marketing investment and strategy decisions.
7. Team Enablement & Culture: Support leadership in business reviews and internal communications, while strengthening team culture through onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with Excel Sheets and data interpretation.
3. Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
4. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
5. Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn cross-functional marketing operations.
Preferred Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, consulting, or business operations.
2. Familiarity with marketing analytics or business intelligence tools.
3. Exposure to campaign measurement, ROI analysis, or budget management.
4. Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
