Job Description

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and networks across APAC offices and data center sites. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency and security. Lead regional IT initiatives, including system upgrades, cloud integration, and digital transformation projects. Build and manage a high-performing IT team across multiple countries. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement technology solutions that support business goals. Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships. Support cybersecurity initiatives, including phishing simulations, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks. Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning is in place and regularly tested.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or regional role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security best practices. Proven experience in leading cross-border teams or projects is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management. Exposure to cybersecurity concepts and tools (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM) is a plus. Willingness to learn and grow into a cybersecurity-focused role. * Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CompTIA, CISSP) are advantageous.
