Job scope, Main Responsibilities and related activities The APAC Lens Media Executive is responsible for bringing the brands media strategy into life by building & executing the media plans for EssilorLuxottica brands in APAC. To do so: 1. The Media Executive leads the implementation and measurement of the integrated media & communication plans for our Lens brands. This will be done in close collaboration with the APAC teams of our Media Agencies (WPP in most markets) in order to guarantee the most effective and efficient plans to EssilorLuxottica brands. 2.Media & Digital Specialization : Concretely, this includes being the media expert for the region.
Execute with perfection, Test&Learn innovations for paid media tactics: offline and online (Paid Social, Paid Search)
Managing and optimizing the performance of the campaigns based on media KPI, website analytics and footfall measurement where relevant
Integrated management and quality check of the drivers of campaign performance: media creatives, website content and landing pages.
3.Brands : This position focuses on both Essilor brands (Varilux, Eyezen, Stellest) and Transitions in the region. 4. Geographic scope : Priority 1 markets are South East Asia, Korea (all countries supported by the media agency Neo); (ii) opportunity to extend to India, Australia and New Zealand (2 countries supported by Zenith media agency \xe2\x80\x93 need alignment with ANZ Marketing organization). 5.The position implies very strong collaboration with Local brand marketing teams (Varilux, Eyezen, Stellest and umbrella Essilor brand) and Transitions Marketing team. 6.Core function of this role isto support on the coordination & activation of the whole region and for all the brands in scope. Detailed Media tasks:
Execute paid media: offline & online, upper funnel and drive to store as per APAC Media Brief.
Lead implementation, optimization and measurement of integrated media plan with precision. Contribute to development of best practices in media.
Manage and negotiate local buying of all media spaces guaranteeing media costs optimization through the support of our APAC media agency
Provide constant media presentations and reportings (performances and buying) for all countries to Global Marketing
Keep track of the competitive activity and Media best practices in the market cluster.
Support development and execution of media processes, global approval submissions, agency wip engagements and reports to accelerate evolution of media and digital practices in the markets.
Regular liaison with regional finance, sourcing and procurement, legal teams to ensure media smooth functioning of media operations.

Acute attention to detail and analytical mindset
Self-starter attitude with a media expertise
Ability to work both autonomously and proactively
Full competency on all media channels (digital such as Programmatic, Display, SEM, Social but also OOH, TV, radio, etc.) and ability to evaluate media plans against strategy as well as efficiency/strength. Local experience in one or several APAC markets is a +.
Proficiency on Meta and Google platforms.
Strong coordination skills to manage complex media plan/executions as well as local marketing structure
Ability to liaise with partners (internal and external) in multi regions, countries, time zones while still delivering quality work on deadlines
Solid analytic skills and ability to communicate results in a simplified manner: turn data into insights
Understanding of media research tools/models
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Candidate Profile Educational Background
Bachelor Degree
Preferred qualifications
Min 3 years of media experience (preferably with client side experience but open to agency side only with right skill set)
Experience in managing media agencies
Flexibility in working within complex organizations
