Main Objective

Lead a team of demand planners across APAC to develop accurate demand plans.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to reduce inventory costs and optimize customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor APAC demand planners; set performance goals. Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management aligned with business goals. Collaborate with APAC and global planning teams to standardize processes. Integrate new product launches into demand planning with Marketing. Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools. Work with Supply Planning to align forecasts with executable plans and budgets. Drive best practices and continuous improvement in forecasting. Lead monthly forecasting cycles and demand reviews. Foster a positive, high-performance team culture aligned with company values. Travel requirement: up to 25%. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain. APICS or similar supply chain certification preferred. Regional APAC experience preferred. Minimum 10 years of business experience, including: + 4+ years in people management
+ 5+ years in supply chain
SAP knowledge is a plus.

Expertise in demand management and forecasting tools. Experience influencing cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team collaboration skills.
