Apac Pre Construction Lead (data Centre)

Job Description
- Lead construction planning including tendering, budgeting, scheduling & resource management from concept design, delivery before the project is handed over to another team for construction execution.
- Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase.
- Work towards the collective goal of an efficient, timely and high-quality execution of the construction projects adhering to global standards
- Assess potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of market trends and factors impacting the property industry.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the respective country guidelines and industry regulations and the necessary permits & licenses are obtained in a timely manner
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline
- Strong understanding of pre-construction processes and project management principles.
- Significant experience in a pre construction, front end planning role
- Experience in a mission critical environment such as data centres, hospital/healthcare, pharmaceutical etc
