Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Execution

: Adapt and deploy global/local strategies, define positioning, buyer personas, and launch plans.

Marketing & Branding

: Campaigns, communication, product launches, and training.

Business Development

: Expand market share, manage channels, and drive commercial policy.

Sales Enablement

: Build tools (value propositions, presentations, battle cards), ensure sales readiness.

Lifecycle Management

: From launch to obsolescence, including pricing and profitability.

Market Analysis

: Research, competitive landscape, technology trends.

Channel Engagement

: Push/pull campaigns, partner programs, joint action plans.

Digital Focus

: Enhance customer digital experience for growth.

Qualifications



Experience

:6-10 years in industrial automation, sensors, or related industries. Minimum 5 years in solution selling & account management (OEMs, channels, end users).

Proven business development track record.

Education

: Engineering degree; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

Skills

:Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence, collaborate, and manage across time zones.


SAP & MS Office proficiency.
