APAC Professional Services Intern

In this role, you have the opportunity to: Philips APAC is on a quest to provide our customers with an end-to-end seamless customized learning experience across APAC. In this role you will be working with various stakeholders from across the APAC region and Business Units to help enable education services across the region. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to managing Learning Management Systems, supporting Philips Education e-commerce website, facilitating logistics requirements of training events.
You are a part of: You are part of the APAC Professional Services team, a team providing consulting services. You will be based in Singapore and work with colleagues from across the region.
You are responsible for:

• Support with development of education offering, including learning curriculum
• Coordination of education activities at our Singapore Learning Academy
• Providing back-end support for all education services
• Support and coordination of all education marketing activities

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Pursuing / completing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Digital Marketing
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills (Oral and written)
• Have some experience in project management as well as change management
• Likes to come-up with solutions and improvements (out of the box thinking)
• Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
• Desirable – experience with VISIO and graphic design
• Strong organizational and time Management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships; working both as part of a team and also independently
• Able to fully commit from July to December 2022
