Job Title: APAC Program LeadOur Client: Our client is a global technology distributor and solutions provider in cybersecurity, networking data centre and cloud infrastructure solutions.This role will have a primary focus of implementing and managing programs for Cisco and Pure Storage across the APAC region to grow both the number of resellers and revenue.This role will also perform a business development function by structuring and managing projects for new business in the APAC region.The Responsibilities:

• Provide management oversight between the Vendors and the company\'s teams across APAC for all strategic initiatives
• Launch of aligned Vendor campaigns and promotions in market
• Completion of training and enablement activities
• Provide sales and marketing support from the company
• Implement reseller incentives
• Execution of lead generation activities
• Completion of segmentation analysis or review of market trends
• Conduct annual planning workshops with the company\'s Vendors
• Work with APAC teams to develop annual plans
• Manage the APAC Services & Software Renewals processes to drive consistency.
• Manage and participate in proposals, RFIs, RFPs from Vendors to win new business

The Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree
• Experience in business development and program management
• 7-10 years program or marketing experience in B2B company
• Experience ideally in the ICT industry
• Depth, ownership of and success with several B2B marketing channels eg. events, PR, demand generation etc.
