The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain high moderation standards and performance, we are seeking APAC Quality Lead to join our dedicated team. This role will be responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality moderation practices to create a safe and positive online environment for our users.
Responsibility
You are responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing QA & Training teams, setting up robust quality metrics, and driving a performance culture with checkpoints & scorecards
You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders to provide timely feedback and facilitate meetings, reporting, and quality review functions
You monitor and review team performance using action plans, root cause analysis, and data analysis to understand opportunities for improvement Lead a large Quality Operations department including multiple managers or managers.
Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic planning and data analysis to predict future needs and areas for improvement.
You foster a high-performance culture and champion open communication, inclusion, continuous improvement, and sharing feedback.
Have overall responsibility for office space planning, employee wellbeing initiatives, and ad hoc initiatives as required.
