As an APAC Real Estate & Facilities Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Overseeing all regional activities related to real estate portfolio management and planning, project management of facility renovations and fit outs, asset planning, and facilities management.
• Leading, managing, and supporting the team whose core focus is the facilities management scope and local internal customer relationship.
• Managing acquisition, disposition, lease renewals and terminations, lease management, and lease payment administration.
• Providing valuation of real estate for various internal reviews and analysis, conducting market research, building financial analysis, and delivering proposals for real estate strategies.
• Ensuring real estate and facilities related compliance to all regulations and codes, all applicable company protocols, practices, procedures, and EHS/regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with legal on all real estate related documentation such as purchase and sales agreements, landlord documentation, and lease contracts.
• Providing support and counsel with respect to real estate sites as required by other organizations and leading extensive cross-functional interactions with other groups including finance, legal, R&D, EHS and product business unit leadership.
• Managing Real Estate and Integrated Facilities Management partners including overseeing performance and KPI measurement, reporting, developing processes including playbooks, standard agreements, transaction forms and SLAs.
• Owning live portfolio database and supporting operational responsibilities matrix to ensure accuracy allowing for critical downstream reporting.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or higher AND 8 years of direct function related experience

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Five (5) years\xe2\x80\x99 supervisory experience leading a team of 5 or more direct reports
• Five (5) years of commercial real estate experience
• Five (5) years of integrated facilities management experience
• Experience in negotiation, strategy development, and managing stakeholders

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration (MBA)
• Experience working internally for a large healthcare manufacturing company
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate across regional stakeholders
• Strong business, contract language, and financial acumen
