About Our Client
Our client is a reputable asset management firm globally led by a group of individuals with 20+ years of investment experience. The firm prides themselves to be innovative in their investment approaches that brings high returns. It has ambitious growth plans in the Asia Pacific market and is looking to expand their Recruitment team.


As part of the Asia Pacific Human Resources team, you will report to the APAC Talent Acquisition Partner based in Hong Kong with the following responsbilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, pipelining down to offer management; partnering closely with the senior leadership team in understanding the business needs
• Proactively review current talent acquisition system and processes to see what could be improved to provide better experiences to the business
• Develop, design and implement various sourcing strategies to ensure that there is consistent pipeline of talents that supports the business growth plans
• Work closely with HR Business Partners in identifying strategic hiring needs and provide the right solutions to hiring leaders

The Successful Applicant
You will need to have 5-8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Candidates with expertise in technology hires is a plus. The ability to deal with regional stakeholders is a plus as well.
