We are looking for a high-impact Relationship Manager to work with Rapyd\xe2\x80\x99s growing list of medium to enterprise customers. The ideal candidate is financially savvy, creative, with a strong personal vision, strong fintech domain expertise, and experience working with complex, multinational clients. Rapyd RMs are responsible for existing client engagement, consultation, and value-added up-selling into a defined portfolio of customers to generate incremental business. With a solution-led sales approach, our ideal candidate will have a depth of experience with general management, services sales, revenue generation, pre and post-sales, support, transformation, and professional services delivery experience as well as strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales and Sales Engineering teams to secure and maintain continuity in the client journey across all functions on the client side
  • Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio of accounts to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Be part of the Global Relationship Management team in delivery of customer revenue goals, consultative engagement, peer-group benchmarking, and quarterly customer business reviews
  • Be an internal champion for Rapyd\xe2\x80\x99s customers partnering with key stakeholders in Rapyd including our Network development team, Financial Operations, Global Compliance, Product, Support, and Sales Engineering teams
  • Represent the voice of the customer with full commercial and operational responsibility for your defined, regional customer list
  • Work in a team format with Sales Engineering, and Support in a collaborative structure designed to provide an enterprise-class experience for Rapyd\xe2\x80\x99s clients
  • Focus on customer intimacy - deliver business impact and innovation to a customer\'s business by truly understanding our customers\' key business issues and opportunities, building and nurturing relationships across top accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating the account deeper
Requirements:
  • The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of fintech-focused commercial functions, and international payment methods and concepts
  • Deep commitment to Rapyd\xe2\x80\x99s core values and ability to model those values in relationships with clients across the globe
  • 5-10 years of customer-centric, relationship management experience spanning a global market focusing on revenue growth
  • Strong strategic Consultative Selling and Customer Relationship management experience focusing on Enterprise and large global businesses.
  • Relevant experience in engaging and facilitating dialogue ranging from operations and finance to C-level and senior executives on the client\xe2\x80\x99s side
  • A strong understanding of the payments industry including global card acquiring, APMs, payouts, card issuing, and familiarity with its ecosystem (partners, processors, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of financial, payments, and consumer regulation, including card association and payment network rules, payouts, and issuing, and KYC,, BSA/AML regulations
  • Excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills, including experience in working with different cross-functional teams around the world
  • Fluent English speaker. Additional languages are a benefit
  • Ability to travel regionally for 1-2 days at a time, and up to 25% overall
