You should have the proven ability to influence decision makers; and can understand a prospective travel agency customers\xe2\x80\x99 business, focusing on their technical & operational needs, pain points and opportunities to improve their business performance.You will architect and document the solutions based on Sabre and relevant partners\xe2\x80\x99 offerings. You will be responsible for pitching the solutions and conduct the relevant product demonstrations to our customers in collaboration with our commercial sales representatives. You will also take ownership of discussing the economics behind the proposed solutions.Key responsibilities during delivery are:

  • Delivers a solution architecture document that will serve as a conversion blueprint to delivery team at the start of a conversion project. Ensures that this document is signed off with the Customer.
  • Engages with Delivery team during conversion process to provide direction on Solution Strategy and rectify architectural flaws (if any) that Delivery teams might uncover during conversion.
  • Develop deep technical expertise to consult on technical queries raised during project migration.
When necessary, you will build business cases for Sabre to make necessary investments in delivering the solution, and share learnings on customer/market needs with marketing team.Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science / Information Systems/
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on technical experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS); excellent functional Sabre knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven experience in travel industry, including E2E workflow & common operations knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience working with APIs.
  • Functional and technical experience on customer facing functions primarily focused on technical troubleshooting and/or system support and/or analysis.
  • Ability to connect with a variety of audiences at all levels within and outside Sabre.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills internal and external
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Creative individual with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills.
  • Team player with experience of working with different cultures in a global environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and virtually distributed team.
Good to have Knowledge and/or Skills:
  • Experience with customer implementations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering formal training programs and presentations.
