APAC (Senior) Sales Manager - SaaS / Tech

Executive Search : Our client is a very fast-growing, global market leading SaaS software company with 100+ employees in Europe and America. The technology / software is best-in-class enabler to integrate with other apps / applications for the “end-client” to provide smarter products to millions of smart phone users daily.

The technology most often sold via large channel partners / system integrators to larger fortune 500+ companies, but also more and more direct sales to small and medium sized companies. The customer base is very diverse across industry verticals and countries across APAC.

We are helping to expand the APAC commercial team with serval roles, including Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager roles to work both directly with clients and work via partners and system integrators. The role is based in Singapore and works closely with BD team and channel partners, as well as the pre-sales engineers in the team (We are also expanding the Pre-Sales Engineering team)

About the role

As (Senior) Sales Manager you are part of leading sales activities in APAC.
  • Become an expert in our products / platform and the competitive landscape
  • Generate leads, qualify, and close opportunities to meet or exceed growth targets
  • Build account plans and strategies for each target account
  • Uncover needs and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within the accounts across the Lines of Business, IT, Procurement and Senior Management
  • Interface with internal groups, such as leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing to advocate and help resolve client and prospect challenges
  • Contribute to business development and co-marketing campaigns

The profile we are looking for.

We expect you to have experience of direct and indirect sales and be self-driven. With your commercial drive you are able to create next level sales strategies and deliver solid results.
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise-level sales from SaaS/Platform products.
  • Relevant educational background
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly, have a client-first mentality, act humble but result oriented and deliver value to the customer
  • Have a strong business acumen + good attention to detail - you’ll have ownership of your accounts and measure their success
  • Communicate excellently in English, both in speech and in writing
  • Ready to travel 20% on average when needed
  • You enjoy the direct contact with customers to attain goals together.

  • Team oriented, and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Are outgoing and possess a high drive
