This company works closely with subsidiaries and partners across various countries, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining its leadership position in the industry.They are currently seeking a Service Manager to establish and manage HVAC service operations in Data Centre across multiple Asian countries. This critical role is essential in driving the success of subsidiaries and partners in their respective markets by providing expert guidance and support.   • Regional Support: Manage and support service operations across Asia, ensuring the success of subsidiaries and partners by providing technical assistance and resolving site issues efficiently. Collaborate with local teams to implement best practices and standard procedures.
  • Team Management: Establish and lead a geographically dispersed team across countries like Singapore and Thailand. Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication and leadership, while providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of cooling solutions for data centers to guide and support teams. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex site issues, ensuring that service activities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for regional service teams, ensuring they stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Continuously evaluate and adjust training to improve team capabilities.
  • Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve service processes for efficiency and consistency. Establish and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with global standards, identifying and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Client and Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across the region. Serve as the primary contact for escalations and critical service-related issues, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Talent
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in service management, with a preference for experience in the cooling solutions or data center sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams across various locations.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills with the capability to resolve complex on-site technical issues.
  • Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
